【Personal Information We May Collect】

Our company collects information under the terms of the Personal Information Protection Law (2003) in the range of specific individual identity information such as user IDs and passwords, e-mail addresses, names, addresses, phone numbers, passport information, emergency contacts, bank information, the status of residence, family situations, resume academic backgrounds, medical results, insurances and birthdates, Individual numbers (Dependent information is included if necessary) in physical and electronic forms, and on the web.

【Purpose of Use】

  1. We will utilize any information collected from users for the following purposes:
    1. Personnel management
    2. Payroll management
    3. Social Insurance management
    4. Health management
    5. Insurances management whether if the users are covered by proper public and private insurances such as health insurance and vehicle insurances.
    6. Basic personal information to Schools and BOEs

    We will use Individual numbers for the payroll withholding, report of an insured person for health insurance and welfare pension to the tax and pension office. Individual numbers will be written on a payment record, withholding tax statement, and report of insure a person for health insurance and welfare pension.Basic personal information informed to Schools and BOEs includes name, sex, highest education, work experience without specific school and company name and certification. Information regarding ages will be disclosed to schools and BOE as the range, a.18 to 44 years old, b.45 or over 45 years old, c.60 or over 60 years old.

  2. We will seek the permission from the user before utilizing personal information for any other purposes. We will not utilize it for any other purposes without this permission.

    *Under the circumstances of an emergency involving coronavirus infection, we will provide the user’s information to the public health center, Board of education, and schools if necessary, before the user’s permission.

【Management and Responsibility】

We will entrust personal information to people responsible for managing it so that it will be properly used for appropriate purposes.

【Collection of Information】

We will request and use only the minimum amount of information required for proper discussion and for providing information for our customers, within the range of the purposes explained.

【Non-Disclosure of Personal Information】

We will not share the personal information of anyone with a third party without the prior knowledge and consent of that person.

【Management of Personal Information】

Safety measures will be implemented to protect private information from unauthorized access, deletion, corruption, and alteration.

Also, we will observe the other standards outlined in the Personal Information Protection Law of 2003, and will base all policies based on these regulations moving forward.

【Personal Information Correction and Deletion】

With the end user's request to edit, delete, or make private any personal information of that user, we will comply as quickly as possible.

【Regulations related to creation, maintenance, and improvement of collected personal information】

Our company, in fulfilling its services, will operate internal policies following the Personal Information Protection Law of 2003, and our company's employees and related people will continue following these policies regarding any use or spreading of information.

【Updates】

There will be changes as needed. We will make awareness of any changes through regular updates.

・本業務へ従事するに当たっては、令和8年12月25日までに施行予定の 学校設置者等及び民間教育保育等事業者による児童対象性暴力等の防止等のための措置に関する法律 (令和6年法律第69 号。以下「こども性暴力防止法」といいます。)に基づき、 特定性犯罪の前科の有無を確認するための犯罪事実確認が必要となります。

・特定性犯罪の前科がある場合(特定性犯罪事実該当者の場合)は、 こども性暴力防止法に基づき、本業務に従事させないこと等の措置を講じる必要があるため、 当法人の採用条件の一つとして、特定性犯罪の前科がないことを求めることとしています。

・このため、予め、採用選考過程において、誓約書や履歴書等により、特定性犯罪の前科の有無を確認いたします。
